“ . . .since the beginning of our partnership in May, 2007 . . . SRA has set itself apart in a number of ways. A primary factor is their focus on customer service and commitment to fulfilling expectations, and in many situations, truly exceeding expectations, of its members. SRA executive leadership understands and continually communicates the importance and value of a collaborative, hands-on approach to the procurement of products and services. During an economic time when increasing efficiency and “doing more with less” is an ever-present goal, the partnership between Ecumen and SRA has been a valuable benefit to the enhancement of financial viability and expansion of the Ecumen mission of service.” Chuck ZimmermanDirector of Campus Operations Ecumen Shoreview, MN |
